Candidate

You will have a desire to learn, a wish to shine and a confidence to stand out from the crowd. Experience within a marketing agency is beneficial but not compulsory, although an interest and understanding of advertising and media is a must. Personality is more important than professional skills as training will be provided, but you will need be good under pressure, extremely organised and have an instinctive eye for great creative.
