Watford's premier shopping centre, The Harlequin, appointed Primal PR to develop a full communications strategy and work with the in-house marketing team to increase PR coverage and awareness of the centre in the region. Following a number of creative PR campaigns and high profile events Primal and The Harlequin continue to work together to dominate the regions press and drive a high number of shoppers in to the Centre.
