Greenway

The BWP Group has helped land developers Greenway realise its vision for a new community called Winslow Green. BWP created a community consultation and media relations programme to communicate the Winslow Green vision and facilitate feedback from the community to create the Statement of Community Involvement required for the planning submission. A feedback brochure was created to outline the plans, the potential benefits of the scheme and answer some key concerns that had arisen from previous community consultations. Ongoing media relations with key local press and radio ensured that a balanced account of the plans was shared with the local community.

A crucial public exhibition was held in November. BWP designed, created and delivered all the materials to promote the exhibition, including press adverts, posters, a brochure laying out updated and more detailed plans of the development as well as two exhibition stands to form the focus point of the event.

To ensure local residents have access to up to date details about the scheme a website www.winslowgreen.info was designed and built. It features details of the planning application and a feedback section.

Going forward BWP will continue to work with the local community and Greenway to help shape the future of Winslow Green.
