Primal PR on the run

Two staff members from Primal PR donned their running shoes and hit the track for the Cancer Research charity event. Natalie McLean-Reid and Emily Wilson finished the ten kilometre race, which took them twice around Dorney Lake - the venue for the 2012 Olympic Rowing finals - in just over 70 minutes, despite the weather on the day proving less than encouraging.

By completing the UK's biggest charity 10k event, the dynamic duo helped Cancer Research to their most successful 10k series ever through sponsorship from generous family, friends and colleagues.

"We're very pleased with our efforts," said Primal Director Natalie. "Despite the rain and cold we both finished the race in one piece and have helped to raise funds for a very worthy cause."

Cancer Research UK is the world's leading independent organisation dedicated to cancer research. The charity supports research into all aspects of cancer through the work of more than 4,250 scientists, doctors and nurses. Cancer Research UK is the European leader in the development of novel anti-cancer treatments.
