FMCG giants hand in2 digital brief
Following the integration of Spotless UK, Dylon International and Punch Industries, manufacturers of household global brands spanning grocery, garden, fabric and shoe sectors, has appointed in2's digital division to create a digital spine to consolidate the groups existing websites for Vim, Colour Catcher and Dylon.
The development of a CRM programme allows the company to continue its streamline of process for customer queries, allowing full real-time integration between two Spotless Punch sites.
In2 MD, Richard Beasley comments, "Our retail heritage and knowledge of transactional analysis has meant that we've begun to get under the skin of the brand sets and their customer behaviour, and deliver clean solutions."
