The Chimes sexed up Valentine's

Valentine's Day was a cheeky affair this year at The Chimes, Uxbridge. Primal PR was tasked to sex up shopping, and so the Kama Sutra for Shopping guide was created.

The Chimes, a premier fashion destination on the fringe of West London with over 80 high street and designer brands, launched the tongue in cheek campaign to give shoppers a guide on how to gain 'pleasure from shopping'. The campaign allowed singles and couples to seek indulgence in their shopping experiences.

A physical guide was created which offered shoppers tips and hints on a blissful shopping experience, the must have clothing and accessories for hot dates and gift ideas for the ideal Valentine's Day present.

The creative idea behind the Kama Sutra for Shopping guide was to make shopping more sensual, and bring Valentine's Day into the forefront of The Chimes shoppers minds. The guide had a provocative feel in terms of design, whilst still maintaining design elements that linked back to the Kama Sutra. The black and white photography was enticing and paired well with the decorative swirls and heart shapes, appropriate to Valentine's. The core pink and purple colours gave the vibrant but seductive feel.
