We believe BWP to be a truly great place to work.

By looking after our staff, we know our staff will look after our clients. That’s why we created beautiful offices, run a quarterly ‘wellbeing’ day, have a healthy (or un-healthy!) social events budget and feed everyone pizza on the last Friday of the month.

We take staff development seriously. To ensure we are there every step of the way to help develop the people that make our agency, we launched the BWP Academy in 2010.  The academy is dedicated to furthering knowledge and helping our people achieve their potential.

We are only as good as our people and we think our people are the best in the business. We are always looking for upcoming talent for our internship programme, experienced freelancers for busy periods and seasoned professionals to join us in a rewarding career.
